The Romanian Institute for Adult Education (IREA), founded in 2000, is a non-profit research institute based in Romania. Collaborating with the University of West University of Timisoara, IREA focuses on adult education research and counseling. Engaged in an Erasmus+ project, it coordinates educational services for youth and youth workers. IREA also serves as a vital link between theorists and practitioners in the field. It is a member of the European Basic Skills Network, European Society for Research on the Education of Adults, and Asia-Europa Meeting – Education and Research Hub for Lifelong Learning.

They emphasize sustainable investments in adult education, highlighting joy, positive experiences, and societal transformation. Action Synergy

Based in Greece, Action Synergy S.A. is a leading organization in education technologies and e-learning. Since 1986, it has actively managed European projects, specializing in social inclusion, mental health promotion for young people, and innovative training methods. Notable projects include SEDIN, EAR, DIVERSE, and SEEVAL, focusing on social inclusion, citizenship education, and social-emotional learning. Action Synergy conducts frequent teacher training workshops nationwide.

LoPe, a Norwegian organization, is dedicated to active inclusion in trainin g and the labor market, focusing on preventing attitudes that endanger community life. They offer practical services such as training and counseling, with a unique emphasis on micro integration for refugees and immigrants. LoPe’s experienced staff, with strong backgrounds in integration work, actively supports individuals in succeeding within Norwegian society and the labor market.

What is it about?

Well youth focuses on social inclusion and welfare, aiming to integrate users into society, the digital age, and the labor market. Employing pedagogical innovation and digital tools, the project enhances user motivation and knowledge, supporting mental health improvement, stress reduction, and the development of digital skills. Particularly addressing challenges arising from the COVID-19 crisis, the project aims to equip young people with skills to navigate educational and professional challenges. It also emphasizes the importance of developing the skills of youth workers to combat social exclusion and attract young people to education for a better quality of life.

Objectives

1. Train 25 youth workers in creating blended-learning courses focused on mental health and social-emotional competencies for unemployed young people.
2. Deliver a Well Youth MOOC course to develop social and emotional skills, stress, financial, and time management for 50 unemployed young people.
3. Mitigate online time and digital addiction by providing leisure solutions through the Youth Move On application for 50 emotionally affected unemployed young people.
