This methodology is designed for youth workers who work with young people aged between 12 and 35 years old. It is suitable for both experienced and new youth workers who are interested in promoting

This comprehensive resource has been developed with the aim of enhancing the quality standards of youth workers and educators in delivering non-formal learning activities focused on mental health components. By utilizing this toolkit, you will be equipped with practical strategies, tools, and resources to effectively engage and support young people in their journey towards improved mental well-being.

Staff Training Course in Timișoara

The concluded four-day Staff Training Course was a pivotal element of our project focused on addressing mental health challenges among unemployed youth affected by the COVID-19 crisis.

Dedicated youth workers from partner organizations participated, undergoing intensive training on the newly developed methodology.

The course delved into the 10 chapters of the blended-learning methodology, equipping participants with practical skills to engage and support young individuals grappling with mental health issues. The interactive sessions covered understanding target group profiles, identifying mental health challenges, and promoting essential skills for emotional well-being.

The training aimed to empower youth workers to effectively implement the methodology in their roles, fostering positive impacts on the well-being of the young people they serve.
